This intimate fashion session lets you shop from one of Florence’s most selective vintage collections, including rare finds from iconic Italian designers—all while enjoying a fun, immersive styling experience in my beautiful office loft. • We’ll begin with a warm welcome. Over a glass of wine or water, I’ll ask you about your style preferences, and whether there are any Italian brands you particularly love: Scervino? Gucci? Ferragamo? (All three come from Florence, by the way.) This will help me understand your tastes so I can guide you toward the perfect pieces in my curated collection. • Next, I’ll suggest some outfits and give you time to explore the collection. You’ll have a half-hour to try on outfits and chat with me about them—just as you would with an old friend. I’ll help you with styling tips and make any adjustments to get the fit just right. • You can then purchase any pieces you’d like to take home. Note that if you’re coming with friends (up to four), the session may be extended to 90 minutes to make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve. You’ll walk away with a richer understanding of Italian design, a clearer sense of your own preferences, and a showstopping outfit that captures your personal style.

You’ll be encouraged to ask questions and invited to see the original negatives of the images. • We’ll take a visual journey featuring 200 projected images from the archive. Why just learn about Renaissance Florence when you can feel it? On this one-of-a-kind guided tour with a musician and art historian, each stop tantalizes a different sense, leaving you with a rich sensory impression of the city’s history. • Start with sight and taste, admiring the majestic Piazza Santa Croce and discussing its role in the city’s artistic history before taking a coffee break at a charming neighborhood cafe. • Sound is next: Step back in time to listen to 13th-century choral music performed by nuns in a tucked-away church—just as they’ve done for centuries. MY FARM three experiences in one day

Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We'll meet in Florence, where a driver will take you to our farm in just 45 minutes. What will we do? 1) Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history with plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos.
 You may even meet our friendly, domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2) Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white, red, aged straight from the barrel, and "Vin Santo" a classic sweet wine. You’ll also sample our premium olive oil and watch a short film about our mission. You'll have the chance to purchase wines at exclusive cellar prices or order them to ship. 3) The final part is all about making fresh pasta! Raffaella or Laura will teach you how to craft it using authentic techniques, then cook all your pasta together (it won't be possible to do individual cooking) to enjoy it as a group at a long table, just like a traditional Italian family. Our organic wine will accompany the meal. We'll be around 20 participants for an authentic Italian experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The round trip to Florence has a cost of 20 Euro per person to be paid directly to the driver by card before the return journey.

Our immersive class combines traditional Italian cuisine with the joyful vibes of Carnevale.** Take a break from travel fatigue and experience a deeper connection with Italian culture by mastering the art of homemade pasta in our hands-on cooking class in Florence. Join us at our cooking school in the historic city centre, right by the Arno River, for a fun, interactive and unique experience led by professional chefs. In various shapes, you’ll learn the secrets of making traditional Italian pasta like RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE, and TORTELLI. We provide everything you need—kitchen apron, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After crafting your pasta, we’ll cook it together and enjoy the meal family-style with the group. Tomato sauce for fettuccine is made in advance and butter&sage is made in front of you. The experience is held in English, lasts around 3 hours and includes connecting with fellow travellers while sipping organic Tuscan wine from our farm, “Dalle Nostre Mani.” At the end, enjoy some chocolate dessert with a shot of limoncello. English instructions are provided, ensuring you leave with the skills to impress friends and family back home!

Then, roll up your sleeves and dive into making two types of fresh pasta from scratch—a cherished Italian tradition passed down through generations. Our skilled sous chefs will handle creating the sauces, ensuring the flavors are perfectly balanced to complement your handmade pasta. We’ll finish with tiramisu, where you’ll learn each step of creating this iconic Italian dessert. Finally, we’ll gather to enjoy a delicious meal featuring your handmade pasta, bruschetta, and tiramisu for a perfectly sweet finish. Handmade Family Pasta & Tiramisù

THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a simple Italian meal all together with complimentary wine and coffee ;) ps: If you are a group or you don't see availability you can try to reach out to me for dinner or other dates.
