Our morning yoga sessions on Corralejo Beach offer creative and gentle mindful flowing movement with yin yoga elements to bring balance to your body and mind. What to Expect: Mindful Flow: Movement linked to the breath to increase flexibility, improve posture and release tension from the body. Gentle Yet Refreshing: The practice is gentle yet refreshing, often free flow with plenty of modifications to make it accessible for everyone. Yin Yoga: A gentle practice that emphasizes holding poses for longer periods to target deep connective tissues and enhance flexibility. Breath Awareness: Simple and mindful breathing techniques to help you become more aware of your breath. Verbal Guidance: I favor verbal cues and avoid any hands-on adjustments. Additional Info: Mats: Mats are disinfected after each use. Location: This is an outdoor class on a public beach. The weather conditions and distractions around us are out of our control. Health & Safety: It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to participate.
